Baked Garlic & Herb Fish
Pescado al horno con ajo y cilantro
Light, flaky white fish with a gentle citrus finish. An easy oven recipe that works with tilapia, mahi-mahi, or other firm white fish.
Serves: 3–4 Prep: 5 min Cook: 12–18 min
Ingredients
- 1¼ lb white fish fillets, such as tilapia or mahi-mahi
- 1½ tsp La Cítrica
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Pat the fish dry. Rub both sides with olive oil, La Cítrica, and salt.
- Arrange in a single layer and bake for 12–18 minutes, depending on thickness.
- The fish is ready when it reaches 145°F (63°C) and flakes easily. Serve right away.
What makes it different
No need for separate lemon pepper, garlic powder, or dried cilantro. La Cítrica brings a balanced citrus-herb base that complements delicate fish.
Serve with steamed vegetables, potatoes, or white rice.
